August 26, 2020 - On Tuesday, August 25, Reading Hospital Foundation received a $25,000 donation from Customers Bank to aid in Reading Hospital's ongoing fight against COVID-19. The donation will support clinical research and personal protective equipment (PPE) for the safety of frontline staff.

August 20, 2020 - Reading Hospital - Tower Health announced today that it has received a $469,810 State Opioid Response grant via the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. The grant is designed to enhance Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to individuals with an Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) including covering the cost of treatment and medication for uninsured individuals.

August 6, 2020 - To aid in the fight against COVID-19, community member Terri Adams has been graciously donating handmade masks to Reading Hospital, recently donating her 2,000th handmade mask at the end of July.

July 20, 2020 - The Friends of Reading Hospital (The Friends) have provided $400,199 in grant funds to aid hospital departments and community organizations since January 1, 2020.

July 9, 2020 - A new case study released from Reading Hospital and Healthify shows the positive real-world impact Reading Hospital has made in the community by identifying and addressing the health-related needs of local Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
