The healing process takes place over time, through many processes and in many ways—and not all of them have to do with medicine or the body. At Pottstown Hospital, we're happy to assist with guidance of another type, whether by one of our staff or a clergy member of your choosing.

For more information and to arrange clergy representation, please call 610-327-7134.

Our chapel is located off the main lobby and is open daily for anyone to use as a place of prayer and meditation. Special prayer requests can be left in the prayer log located inside the chapel. The Chaplain is available for emotional and spiritual support, including religious services as requested by patients and loved ones.

Spiritual and Emotional Support

Spiritual and emotional support is available to patients and families of all faiths, beliefs, and traditions. Religious and spiritual reading materials, including Bibles and other texts, are available upon request. Members of the clergy or spiritual care providers may be contacted through the hospital operator. Patients and families are welcome to invite their own spiritual or emotional support persons. A chapel is located in the first-floor lobby and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for reflection, prayer, or meditation.
