How to Access Virtual Urgent Care
- Use a reliable internet connection and a web-enabled device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
- Log in from your desktop computer, or download the MyTowerHealth app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Answer the registration and symptom questions.
- E-Check in for your visit to alert our provider you are ready.
- Stay in the virtual waiting room until an urgent care provider appears onscreen.
Following your virtual appointment, an after-visit summary with care instructions will be added to your MyTowerHealth account.
We will submit a charge of $65 to your health insurance for the virtual urgent care visit. If your insurance does not cover the visit, you may be responsible for the full amount.

Scheduled visits are conducted through MyTowerHealth.
